Yesterday I went out for a little training ride before getting the girls from my parents.
It was a nice little ride, and the first time I was back on the bike since being sick last week. I took it easy and only had one good hill, but it was a beautiful day to ride. The way to was a little more of a gradual incline and the way back was super windy.
All in all it was a really great training ride for Face of America.
