What tools do you use to get yourself organized?  I use 2 formats to help me get my month, week and days in order.  My big plans are made with some sheets from passion planner (http://www.passionplanner.com/downloads/) , and the I use daily emergent task planner sheets(http://davidseah.com/node/the-emergent-task-planner/ ).

I am not totally organized, but they help free up time and limit some wheel spinning.  But the question is for what? Today Rohr calls us to focus in on what is most important and let go of other things.  What one or two things do you need to do well? What do you have to stop doing to do that?
